PROCESS SHEET · STATIONS 01 TO 06

FROM CONSULTATION
TO HEALED RESULT

Every cosmetic tattoo treatment at our Canberra studio follows the same order: talk first, then measure and map, then treat, then heal. The sheet below walks you through each station so you know what to expect before you book. The details for your own treatment are always confirmed with you individually.

BEFORE ANY PIGMENT

TALK, THEN MAP

Most of the decisions about your result are made before the treatment starts.

01

Enquiry

Send us a message through our enquiry form or call 0434 424 000. Tell us which feature you’re thinking about, whether it’s sparse brows, lip colour or eyeliner, and whether you already have a cosmetic tattoo. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation when your message has been received.

02

Consultation and suitability

We look at your skin, any existing pigmentation and the look you want day to day. This is also when we talk honestly about suitability. Cosmetic tattooing isn’t right for everyone, and it isn’t a substitute for fillers, injectables, surgery or medical treatment. Ask us anything here, including about hygiene and Olha’s experience.

03

Personalised design and mapping

We measure and map the shape on your face, not from a template. For brows, this is where we choose the technique together, such as strokes, shading or a combination. We also select the pigment. You see the mapped design and agree to it before we go any further.

04 — THE TREATMENT

FOLLOWING THE MAP

Once you’re happy with the design, we place pigment within the mapped lines, building it up gradually and checking as we go. Everyone feels the sensation differently. We’ll talk through what you can expect and how we keep you comfortable, but we won’t promise it will be painless.

The technique, the depth of colour and how many passes we make all depend on your skin and the design we agreed. That’s why we can’t give a fixed answer before we’ve met you.

05 — HEALING AND AFTERCARE

DAY ONE IS NOT
THE RESULT

One of the most common misunderstandings about cosmetic tattooing is thinking that how it looks straight after treatment is how it will stay. Fresh work usually looks different from healed work. The colour and definition settle as your skin heals, and the healed result is the one to judge.

How you look after the area during healing makes a real difference. We give you aftercare guidance based on your treatment and your skin, and we’re happy to answer questions while it settles. For a fuller explanation, read Healing, Results and Aftercare.

Results depend on your skin, any existing pigmentation, how you heal, your lifestyle and your aftercare. Results vary from one client to the next.

06 — POSSIBLE MAINTENANCE

PIGMENT CHANGES OVER TIME

Cosmetic tattooing is long-lasting, but it isn’t permanent in the sense of staying exactly the same. Pigment may fade or change over time, so maintenance appointments may be needed to keep the shape and colour looking the way you want. If you already have older work that has healed in a way you don’t like, correction and removal starts with the same consultation step.
