Cosmetic tattooing is personal work. To plan a treatment that suits you, we sometimes need to know about your skin and your health, and we may photograph the area we’re working on. We only ask for what helps us respond to you and plan a treatment that suits your features and skin.
01 Enquiry details
When you send an enquiry through our Book a Consultation page, or call or email us, we receive the contact details and message you choose to share, such as your name, how to reach you and the treatment you’re asking about.
02 Consultation information
At consultation we discuss your preferences, any existing cosmetic tattoo work and what you’d like to change. We may note measurements and design decisions so your brows, lips or eyeliner can be mapped to your face.
03 Health-related disclosures
Some health and skin information affects whether a treatment is suitable and how your skin may heal. We ask about it so we can plan responsibly. We’re cosmetic tattoo specialists, not medical practitioners, so we use this information only for treatment planning and not for diagnosis.
04 Treatment photographs
We may photograph the treated area before and after your appointment to record the design, check healing and plan any maintenance. These photographs are part of your treatment record. We won’t publish them on our website or elsewhere unless you’ve agreed.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange appointments, plan and carry out your treatment, and look after you during healing and any later maintenance visits. We also use it to keep an accurate record of the work we’ve done for you.
Enquiries sent through this website are not automatically passed to email marketing lists, advertising platforms or payment services. They’re stored privately on the website’s system and used only by the studio to respond to you.
We keep consultation notes, health disclosures and treatment photographs for as long as they’re needed for your care and our records. You’re welcome to ask us about the information we hold about you.

Your information stays with the studio. We only share it when you ask us to, or where the law requires it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that’s inaccurate, or tell us you’d rather we didn’t keep a particular photograph. Send your request through our enquiry form or contact us using the details below. We’ll talk it through with you.
