BOOKING TERMS
AND CONDITIONS

These terms explain how bookings with Cosmetic Tattooing Canberra work, what the treatment information on this website is for and what you can reasonably expect from a cosmetic tattoo. We’ve written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you book.

CLAUSE A

WHO WE ARE

This website is run by Cosmetic Tattooing Canberra, a cosmetic tattoo studio in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. We provide cosmetic tattooing, permanent makeup, cosmetic tattoo correction and removal, and specialist beauty training directly through our own practice. Every service is delivered in person at our studio. We are not a marketplace and we don’t book treatments with other providers on anyone’s behalf.

Treatments are led by Olha Po, who has worked in cosmetic tattooing since 2016. She is a cosmetic tattoo specialist, not a medical practitioner.

BOOKINGS
AND CHANGES

Most treatments start with a consultation. That’s where we look at your features, talk through what you’d like and agree on a plan before any work is done.

B1  Making a booking. You can request an appointment through our enquiry form, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed a time with you directly. Sending an enquiry doesn’t confirm a booking on its own.

B2  Pricing. Free quotes and assessments are available, so you can ask about the cost of the treatment you’re considering before you commit to anything.

B3  Rescheduling or cancelling. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can. We’ll explain the arrangements that apply to your booking when we confirm it, so you know where you stand before the day.

B4  Health information. Please tell us about anything relevant to your skin or health before treatment. Cosmetic tattooing isn’t suitable for everyone. If it doesn’t seem right for you at that time, we may recommend postponing or not going ahead.

B5  Follow-up and maintenance. Some treatments may need a follow-up or maintenance appointment. We’ll discuss whether this is likely for you at consultation.

CLAUSE C · C1

Results vary from client to client

Every design is planned around your features, skin and preferences. Even so, your result depends on your skin, any existing pigment, how you heal, your lifestyle and your aftercare.

C2

Day one isn't the final result

Straight after treatment, the colour and shape will look different from the healed result. Our guide to healing, results and aftercare explains why.

C3

Pigment fades and changes

Cosmetic tattoo pigment may fade or change colour over time, so maintenance appointments may be needed. We can’t promise the original colour will last indefinitely.

C4

What treatment can and can't do

We don’t guarantee a particular outcome. Treatment may cause some discomfort and isn’t free of risk. Lip blush adds colour and definition but doesn’t add volume. Cosmetic tattooing is not a substitute for fillers, injectables, surgery or medical treatment of skin conditions.

CLAUSE D

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These include that services are provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under that law.

The disclaimers in Clause C describe the natural limits of cosmetic tattooing. They don’t take away your rights. If you’re unhappy with any part of your treatment, please contact us so we can talk it through with you.

CLAUSE E · THIS WEBSITE

E1  Treatment information on this site is general. It isn’t personal or medical advice, and your plan is agreed with you at consultation.

E2  Photographs on this site are reference images. They don’t show the result you’ll get.

E3  Enquiries you send through the website are stored privately on this website’s own system. They aren’t automatically passed to marketing services, and no payments are taken online. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

BEFORE YOU BOOK, IT HELPS TO READ

These terms give general information and should be read alongside anything we agree with you directly when confirming your booking.
