Every treatment at our studio starts with a conversation. Tell us which feature you’d like to work on and what bothers you about it now, whether that’s sparse brows, a lip line that has faded or eyeliner you redraw every morning. We’ll take it from there with you.
STATION 01 · YOUR ENQUIRY
We need your name, email and a short message. Your phone number is optional. You can put the treatment you’re asking about in the Subject field. In your message, tell us about your brows, lips or eyeliner, and mention any existing cosmetic tattoo, as this helps us plan. Once you send the form, a confirmation appears on screen so you know your enquiry has arrived.

STATION 03 · YOUR SUBJECT LINE
You don’t need to know the right technique before you get in touch. If you aren’t sure whether strokes or shading would suit your brows, write “Eyebrow tattooing” in the subject line and we’ll work it out together at consultation. Each page in this index explains a treatment in plain English if you’d like to read first.
STATION 04 · BEFORE YOU BOOK
We provide every treatment ourselves at our own studio. We’re not a booking agency, and you’ll deal with us from the first message to your follow-up appointment. Treatments are led by Olha Po, who has worked in cosmetic tattooing since 2016. You can read more about Olha before your visit.
At consultation we look at your face, skin and existing brows, lips or eyeliner, and we listen to what you want. A design is only drawn and agreed after that. We’ve welcomed more than 500 clients, and we still plan each treatment around the person in the chair.
Results depend on your skin, existing pigmentation, healing, lifestyle and aftercare. How the area looks straight after treatment isn’t the final result. Pigment may fade or change over time, and maintenance appointments may be needed. Cosmetic tattooing isn’t a substitute for fillers, injectables, surgery or medical treatment of skin conditions.
